Course Description
It may not be possible to fully predict project or a business outcome; however you can positively influence the outcome, avoid many risks by creating the proper response plan, and be ready to response to unavoidable issues or challenges. The goal of this course is to teach the specific knowledge needed to set up and implement risk management processes to achieve consistent and predictable results in industries, organizations, and/or individual projects
